Dive and Relax are based in Prae Ae Beach and have dive centres in Lanta Castaway and Andaman Sunflower Resorts.

Dive and Relax offer beach departures, short travel time, comfortable trips by speed boat, small groups and all PADI courses in several languages. Daily trips are offered to Koh Haa, Ko Phi Phi, Hin Daeng & HIn Muang, Shark Point & Anemone Reef and Ko Rok.
