A speedboat transfer offers the fastest way to travel between islands in southern Thailand, but with only one scheduled trip per day, you need to makes sure the Speedboat Timetable works with your schedule. No pick-up service is offered with this type of transfer, so you’ll need to make your own way to the departure point and arrange your own onward pick-up. Resorts in Lanta will often pick you up from the pier in Saladan, free of charge – but don’t forget to ask them if this is possible and be sure to let them know what time you expect to arrive in Ko Lanta.

Speedboat transfers to and from Ko Lanta currently only run during high season (November – April). If weather conditions permit and there is sufficient demand, the speedboats sometimes operate for a little longer at either end of the season. Phuket – Lanta Speedboat Timetable

During the high season (November – April), the Phuket-Lanta Speedboat is the fastest way to get from Phuket to Ko Lanta. It’s a direct transfer taking just 1.5 hours from Rassada Pier in Phuket Town to Saladan Pier in Ko Lanta. The Phuket-Lanta speedboat runs every day during the high season (November – April).

Ko Lipe – Lanta Speedboat Timetable

The Ko Lipe-Lanta Speedboat stops to pick-up and drop-off passengers at Ko Bulon Lae, Ko Mook and Ko Ngai en-route to Ko Lanta. This is still the fastest way to travel between Ko Lipe and Ko Lanta with a journey time of around 3 hours. The Lipe-Lanta speedboat runs every day during the high season (November – April).
